We are becoming Authors and Illustrators. We read the book, Leaf Man, by Lois Ehlert. We created our own leaf person or animal from leaves collected on a sunny Fall walk. We took a picture of our leaf creation and imported it into Scribble Press. We then decided where our leaf person or animal was going to go and what was going to happen to them. We became illustrators as we drew the scenery around our leaf creation using Scribble Press. Our teachers printed out our illustrations and then we began to write!
