Joining numbers and popcorn words

In math, the girls are joining sets of numbers.  Here is Mrs. McMahon's class using our "apple" counters for basic addition problems.

The girls were also introduced to their first sight word.  We are calling these words               🍿  popcorn 🍿 words because the words keep popping up everywhere!  Mrs. Martin's class went on a word hunt to see how many times they could find the word "the."
